Natale DiDonato, CRM Director Energy Services
Nat currently head's Luthin Associates Energy Services Division as the Director of Energy Services. He has over thirty years of experience in the energy services industry in the New York metropolitan area and worked for both ESCOs and utilities before joining Luthin Associates in 2006. Mr. DiDonato provides services related to master plan development, owners representation, benchmarking, NYSERDA funding and LEED consulting as well as developing energy conservation and retro-commissioning projects. He also has significant experience in billing and rates; performance contracting; energy information systems; demand response; and, utility bill analysis systems. Mr DiDonato has developed sustainable energy master plans for some of the largest organizations in New York. As Project Manager for NYSERDA's Focus on Healthcare, Nat continues to help the healthcare industry achieve energy efficiency.
Nat has experience in performing due diligence for business acquisitions in the energy field and was responsible for assisting in the formation and development of one of the largest ESCOs in the country. He has played a significant role in the economic development of New York City with project experience in Times Square, Harlem, Chelsea and Lower Manhattan. Mr. DiDonato was a co-author of the Lower Manhattan Energy Program. He was a co-developer of the NirvanaSoft billing system, the largest energy billing system in the New York ESCO market and has developed an automated bill payment and audit process as well as a web-based demand response platform for a major ESCO.
Mr. DiDonato is certified by the Association of Energy Engineers as a Carbon Reduction Manager. He has a Graduate Certificate in Energy Management from the New York Institute of Technology as well as a Master of Public Administration from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from John Jay College.
