Jim Ferris, PE, LEED-AP Energy Consultant
Jim Ferris joined Luthin Associates in 2009 with 33 years of experience in energy and environmental consulting and 22 years experience as a business owner/manager. He brings extensive expertise in Energy Management and Environmental Sustainability which is vital in providing expertise to our clients. As an Energy Consultant, Mr. Ferris provides outreach and support to healthcare facilities in the State of New York on energy efficiency projects for the NYSERDA Focus on Healthcare Initiative and for NYSERDA's administration of the ARRA Funded energy efficiency projects.
Prior to his involvement with Luthin Associates, Mr. Ferris was cofounder, Chief Engineer and President of the PMK Group, Inc. out of Cranford, NJ where he guided the growth and success of the firm from start up to a 200 person, 32m gross revenue operation.
Mr. Ferris received a Bachelor of Science from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a Registered Professional Engineer in New Jersey and Florida and a LEED Accredited Professional.
