Energy Sustainability Master Plans
Luthin Associates provides a holistic approach to developing master plans for energy and sustainability programs. We will manage all aspects of client efficiency initiatives from strategic planning through implementation for both supply and demand side management. We are actively involved in plaNYC and many state carbon reduction programs. Through expert master planning, we examine campuses and facilities as a whole, developing achievable initiatives which offer maximum return on investment. We manage the competitive RFP process, hiring the appropriate ESCOs and engineers as necessary, then working with the selected engineers to implement the projects. Our industry experience enables us to manage the financial end of efficiency initiatives, integrating our knowledge of market trends and lifecycle analysis to provide highly accurate rate forecasting. We also assist customers in managing the complex rebate, grant and incentive process, using our position as one of only 30 NYSERDA-approved Flextech contractors to keep abreast of all current programs.
