Energy Audits
Luthin Associates assists our clients in procuring engineering services to conduct both Scoping Level energy audits and Investment Grade Audits. We can also manage these services by retaining one of our engineering partners to perform a study while Luthin Associates provides rate and economic analysis. Luthin Associates brings a level of competence that is missing in most engineering companies. We understand the economics of energy and we bring that expertise to balance the technical analysis and provide a meaningful plan for our clients.
We will also ensure that public funding through the Environmental Policy Act, NYSERDA or New Jersey Smart Star is available and incorporated into projects to provide the maximum subsidy possible. Luthin Associates can provide a complete range of services to assist in this process including program selection and application processing. We will also assist the client in determining whether an alternate financing mechanism such as Performance Contracting or leasing makes sense.
