Assessments and Charette Services
Luthin Associates can provide a LEED Scoping Level audit (Phase 1) of your facility, consisting of a facility visit and interviews with staff. This service is designed to provide a high level determination of whether your facility can qualify for LEED. This can be followed with a full LEED application management service or a LEED Feasibility Study (Phase 2) which provides a more in-depth review of the facility and estimates the potential costs and benefits of achieving LEED certification. Luthin will also organize and conduct a charette session to identify how LEED certification can be obtained.
