Representatives of the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA), Luthin Associates, Inc., Consolidated Edison Company of New York (Con Edison), New York Power Authority (NYPA), Long Island Power Authority (LIPA), and National Grid Company will each present. |
